LusoGateway is a referral and introduction service. We connect individuals and families with regulated Portuguese investment funds and licensed legal, immigration, and financial professionals for the purposes of the Portugal Golden Visa program (Autorização de Residência para Atividade de Investimento — ARI).

We are not a law firm, investment advisory firm, tax advisory firm, or regulated financial institution. We do not:

• File immigration or residency applications on your behalf
• Manage Golden Visa applications or renewals
• Provide legal advice or legal opinions
• Provide investment advice, financial planning, or tax advice
• Manage, custody, or administer investment funds
• Guarantee the outcome of any application, investment, or process

All legal, immigration, tax, and investment services are provided by independent, licensed professionals to whom we introduce you. Your contractual relationship for those services is directly with those professionals, not with LusoGateway.
